It was the story with a much deeper meaning and emotions than I initially thought and it was more profound than I generally expected to find from books in this genre. I know; the sea folk seem to be borderline sociopaths. The thing is she ends up having little choice as he brashly breaks down barriers because of their son. All in all I just liked this book. Now Morgan must rethink his views about humans.

Nothing really happened, everything was over even before it started, especially the climax – or anti-climax as it were. How often do we get more of the hero than the heroine?
She has recently moved to World’s End for a fresh start after her husband died and her some spoilers throughout the review I really enjoyed reading from primarily Morgan’s pov. Yet another winner from the series.
